Will Neolight make me faster?
We don’t know. Customer reports cluster around sleep, HRV, and morning recovery rather than raw output. We sell water, not a stopwatch promise.
How does Neolight differ from Isodrip?
Same chemistry, different audience and packaging. Isodrip is the everyday wellness line, with more marketing-friendly product names and lower-friction shipping. Neolight is the premium / B2B side: deeper ppm options, larger formats, and the bulk-supply business.
Can I subscribe?
Yes — the Performance Series is a quarterly pack and recurs by default unless you cancel. The Founder’s Case is a one-off.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is at-cost; we use freight-grade boxes and have shipped to North America, Europe, and the Gulf without breakage issues. Heavy water bottles in glass aren’t cheap to fly. We’re working on closer-to-customer fulfilment in the EU and US over the next 12 months.
Can I get a sample for a B2B evaluation?
Yes — we ship a 1L evaluation pack with a recent CoA for new B2B accounts. Use the supply form and indicate “evaluation sample”.
Are there storage rules?
Sealed and out of direct sunlight. Glass is forgiving. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 30 days. Bulk drums have separate handling instructions in the supply pack.
Is bottled water environmentally responsible?
Bottled water in general is not great for the planet. Our partial answer is glass-first, India-made, freight-aggregated where possible, and a return-and-reuse pilot for cases ordered within India. We do not pretend this is solved.
