Our commitment to transparency. Every claim we make about our water, our sourcing, and our operations is backed by licenses, registrations, and certifications from Indian regulators, the Government of India, and international standards bodies. This page documents them all. Where a licence is still pending, we say so honestly and indicate the expected timeline.
This page covers all three of our brands — Neolight Waters (parent, B2B), Isodrip (consumer wellness), and Deutra (clinical). All three share the same corporate entity, the same FSSAI licence, and the same source supply.

Regulatory Positioning — What We Are Not
In the interest of clarity for regulators, hospital buyers, and consumers, we make the following disclosures:
- Our products are not drugs, medical devices, or nutraceuticals under Indian law. We do not hold CDSCO approval and we do not require it, because we do not make drug or medical-device claims.
- Our products are not currently the subject of any Ayush licence or classification.
- Our marketing complies with the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954. We do not advertise deuterium-depleted water as a remedy for cancer, diabetes, or any other listed disease.
- We are the licensed bottler and distributor, not the producer of the raw deuterium-depleted water. The source is HWP Thal, as documented above.
Verification and Documentation Requests
If you are a hospital, clinic, corporate buyer, distributor, auditor, journalist, or regulator and you need to verify any of these licences or receive a formal compliance report, please contact us at compliance@neolightwaters.com or through our Contact page. We will respond with all available documentation within one business day.
Page Maintenance
This page is updated whenever a licence is issued, renewed, or amended. Placeholder text such as "to be published upon issuance" is honest — those items are genuinely in application and will be updated to their actual numbers as soon as they are received. Last updated: 24 June 2026.
