Damaged or defective product

If your order arrives damaged or with a sealing issue, photograph it and email hello@neolightwaters.com within 48 hours of delivery for replacement or full refund.

Change of mind

Sealed consumable; opened bottles cannot be returned. Unopened sealed cases may be returned within 7 days, customer covers return shipping.

Bulk / B2B

B2B refunds are governed by the supply agreement at the time of order.
